Julia now concentrates on producing her own works as an inspiration to those around her.
My work is an expression of abstract feelings through the physical process of drawing, painting and printmaking. I am motivated by my surroundings. Never having to go looking for inspiration, regardless of whether it is figurative, landscape or animals. I am interested in making works that contain an emotional and sensory stimulation. As well as a curious sense of time.
“I want to paint paintings that make me feel alive, so I’m going to paint bold and colourful”
